A Few Non-Negotiables

Laser-focused Drive: Targets aren’t just to be met; they’re to be surpassed. If you have your mind on something, you’re laser-focused until you’ve passed the target.
Coachable: You thrive on feedback. Your tenacity to ask, learn, and adapt determines your success rate.
Empathetic: Understand that beneath every agency is a human facing challenges. Often confusion, pain and despair. Your empathy can light up their path, showing a way out.
Charismatic: You’ve got the knack for connecting with strangers, making them feel seen and heard. This doesn’t mean extroverted, but you will be speaking to people all day
Methodical: We have a very specific outlined client acquisition that when followed, is predictable and rather simple. You must love doing the same thing all day, every day.
Reliable & Responsible: You must have at least 4 hours/day to hit your KPIs, but you are responsible for choosing your exact hours and making sure your goals are hit.
The Deal
This is a PAY-PER-PERFORMANCE role. So, the sky's the limit when it comes to how much you can earn. Please do not apply if this doesn’t suit you.
Everything that your role includes: Finding leads, getting them to book a call, and ensuring they turn up for their appointments – we've got it all figured out and your available training will be comprehensive.
The role requires you to attend our daily team huddles where you’ll receive constant feedback and training to help you smash your projections.
